Responsibilities

- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate breakthrough concepts
- Build financial models and ROI projections for future-focused initiatives
- Manage pilot programs for prototype validation and rapid iteration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R
- Experience securing innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Certification in emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, etc.) preferred
