Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technology inflection points
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and biotech augmentation
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Partner with UN agencies and Fortune 100 companies to shape global tech policy
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic vision at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureForge accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Systems Engineering, Computational Physics, or equivalent disruptive field
- 10+ years leading exponential technology initiatives with $50M+ budget exposure
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neural interfaces
- Proven track record scaling innovations from lab to global markets
- Expertise in ISO 20700 innovation management standards
- Deep understanding of emerging regulatory landscapes for AI/biotech
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ commercially deployed exponential technologies
