Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyze data using Excel and SQL to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau
- Facilitate requirements validation sessions with technical teams
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Document business processes and maintain requirements traceability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL knowledge preferred)
