Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering and Analyzing Business Requirements: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to document functional requirements and user stories.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Participate in the documentation and optimization of current business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals and deliverables.
- Support Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, and data models.
- Market Research: Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and propose effective solutions to business challenges.
