As an Entry Level Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Process Documentation: Create process maps, user stories, and flowcharts using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Reporting: Support the creation of reports and presentations to communicate project status and findings to management.
- Support Projects: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles accepted).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
