The Role:
As a Junior Corporate Operations Associate, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow execution and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and financial summaries for senior leadership.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to streamline business processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist in training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in corporate settings is a plus.
