Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Own the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, defining long-term goals and architectural standards.
- System Design: Design and implement resilient, scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data with real-time latency requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentoring junior architects and engineers to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Innovation Research: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Transformers, Federated Learning) to apply them to our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and containerized architectures.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, or Java.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
