Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role focusing on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI systems that drive business value.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
