Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural networks and deep learning models.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across product lines, ensuring alignment with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, designers, and backend engineersâto translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, ethical AI compliance, and scalability in all architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior AI Engineer role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and future tech stacks is a major plus.
