- Define the 2026 AI Strategy: Lead the end-to-end architectural vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging market trends.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable machine learning pipelines and cloud-native architectures.
- Future Tech Integration: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Generative AI) to prepare our stack for the 2026 era.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system latency, accuracy, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role designing complex AI systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think several years into the future and define architectural strategies that anticipate technological shifts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
