Job Description
We are Nexus Horizon Systems, a pioneer in next-generation synthetic intelligence. As we accelerate towards our 2026 roadmap, we are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to design the neural infrastructures of tomorrow.
In this pivotal role, you will not just implement existing models but architect the fundamental shifts in how autonomous agents interact with the physical world. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of Generative AI, Quantum-ready Machine Learning, and Ethical AI governance, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures capable of handling multimodal data streams for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our proprietary LLMs and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Oversee Model Training Pipelines: Spearhead the deployment of large-scale training clusters and optimize model inference efficiency.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement and enforce strict safety and bias mitigation protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Collaborate with R&D: Work closely with our quantum computing research team to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists in best practices for deep learning and cloud-native deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- System Design: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and high-availability solutions.
- 2026 Competencies: Demonstrated experience with agentic workflows, large language model fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), and vector database management.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
