Your Mission
As the Lead AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable, production-ready engineering. You will lead a world-class team of engineers and data scientists, ensuring our systems are not only powerful but also ethical, secure, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Define Technical Strategy: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting 2026 scalability and capability standards.
- System Design: Architect complex, distributed AI systems capable of handling real-time, high-volume data streams with low latency.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and implementation of model compression, quantization, and fine-tuning techniques to enhance inference speed and reduce costs.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Programming: Exceptional proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with a strong understanding of system design patterns.
- Research Background: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or contributing to open-source ML repositories.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
