Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the AI architecture strategy for 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Lead the design and implementation of large-scale generative AI models and deep learning frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for AI products, from prototyping to deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish robust governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term trends in AI technology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
