Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale generative AI models, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum computing elements into classical ML pipelines.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into elegant architectural solutions.
- Drive innovation in multimodal AI systems, combining text, vision, and audio processing.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with emerging AI safety and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of scaling AI models to production environments with millions of users.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and hardware interfaces is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
