Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture of large-scale machine learning models, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI standards.
- Mentor and foster a culture of innovation within a high-performing engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and designers, to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept development to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Oversee the deployment of AI solutions in cloud environments, optimizing for latency and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end machine learning solutions that have significantly impacted business metrics.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
