Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data volumes and complexity levels required for 2026.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the long-term technical strategy for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 roadmap and business objectives.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead research and development in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Predictive Analytics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Risk Management: Establish best practices for AI ethics, security, and compliance to mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business goals into technical strategies and deliver tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving ambiguous, high-impact problems using data-driven methodologies.
