Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models for enterprise applications.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product lifecycles.
- Establish best practices for data governance and model explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a lead role.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
