Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure tailored for the 2026 computing era.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade software deployment on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and senior engineers alike.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical roadmaps with business objectives for the upcoming decade.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Generative AI models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect complex systems that handle millions of concurrent requests with high availability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
