Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for AI evolution leading up to 2026 and beyond.
- Lead high-level research initiatives in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and Neural Interfaces.
- Cross-pollinate ideas between R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to drive innovation.
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and advanced AI agents.
- Identify and assess emerging technology trends to mitigate risk and maximize market opportunity.
- Collaborate with global teams to standardize AI deployment protocols.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning, or computational physics.
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Physics, Data Science).
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives in high-growth tech environments.
- Deep understanding of the potential impact of 2026 technological milestones and regulatory changes.
- Exceptional public speaking and executive communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus in complex, cross-functional environments.
