Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI and machine learning pipelines for future-proof applications.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, including quantum computing integration and edge AI.
- Ensure model robustness, ethical AI practices, and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
