Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our 2026 AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and UX designers to bring AI products to market.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging AI trends and translate them into actionable product features.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, presenting complex AI concepts in a clear, strategic manner.
- Ensure all AI products adhere to ethical AI guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring maximum market penetration and user adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI or Machine Learning products.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, neural networks, data infrastructure, and modern AI frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
