Key Objectives
- Architect and execute the 2026 Tech Roadmap, defining how AI integration will reshape our core product lines.

Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the technical vision for Horizon Dynamics leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Oversee the development and deployment of advanced AI agents and natural language processing systems.
- Collaborate with product leadership to identify high-impact use cases for emerging AI technologies.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept testing for frontier technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and their commercial applications.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical visions and successfully delivering them on schedule.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps.
