Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026-ready infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and quantum integration.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver high-impact projects on time.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and integrate viable solutions into our architecture.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into concrete technical requirements.
- Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure architectural decisions align with long-term business goals and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with or strong understanding of Quantum Computing concepts and hybrid classical-quantum systems.
- Strong command of Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
