Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI models tailored for the 2026 data landscape, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Lead the Research & Development team in exploring quantum computing applications for machine learning.
- Implement robust security protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for long-term futuristic projects.
- Optimize existing algorithms to handle exabyte-scale data processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically within the AI/ML domain.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience designing systems that are scalable, resilient, and secure.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
