Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Translate high-level business objectives into a comprehensive, actionable technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to ensure our infrastructure remains competitive.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, robust, and secure system architectures that support our long-term strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to align roadmaps and remove blockers.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency planning to ensure business continuity and resilience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical program management.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) and translate strategic visions into technical reality.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
