Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the 2026 technical vision: Architect a forward-thinking technology roadmap that aligns with long-term business objectives and emerging market trends.
- Lead a cross-functional team: Mentor and manage a diverse group of architects, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.
- Innovate with Emerging Tech: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Edge Computing into our core architecture.
- System Architecture: Design robust, secure, and high-performance distributed systems capable of handling massive scale and complexity.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines to foster a culture of excellence and maintain code quality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity managing large-scale engineering teams.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech: Strong understanding of AI/ML system design, Big Data processing, and the principles of Quantum Computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of driving technical strategy, mentoring high-performing teams, and navigating complex organizational changes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
