Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid AI-Quantum systems that solve complex, unstructured problems in real-time.
- Lead the technical strategy for '2026 Readiness,' ensuring infrastructure scales for next-gen data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Security Experts, and UX Designers to implement cutting-edge features.
- Establish best practices for algorithmic ethics and data governance in autonomous systems.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and drive technical excellence across the organization.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Exceptional ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and edge computing.
