Responsibilities
- Define and implement the high-level architecture for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the design and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Collaborate with hardware and product teams to integrate AI models into spatial computing environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest technical standards.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Quantum AI interfaces) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven track record of designing and shipping complex AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Familiarity with 3D graphics APIs (WebGL, Three.js) and spatial computing paradigms is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
