Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement the core architecture for the Project 2026 platform, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Guide the selection and implementation of emerging technologies, including Python, Rust, and quantum SDKs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize algorithms for maximum efficiency and speed.
- Roadmap Strategy: Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and integration.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Tech Skills: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and distributed systems.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Proficiency in English (native or near-native level).
