Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Lead Architect to define the technical foundation of Project 2026, our groundbreaking initiative in autonomous AI infrastructure. You will not just write code; you will architect the systems that will power the next generation of digital reality. If you are obsessed with scalability, performance, and the future of technology, this is your stage.
As a key member of our elite R&D team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our solutions are resilient, secure, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance microservices for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Define and enforce best practices for coding, security, and system architecture across the organization.
- Lead technical strategy sessions, making critical decisions on technology stacks and infrastructure scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex AI models into core platforms.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Drive the migration to cloud-native environments and containerization strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems that handle millions of requests per second.
- Strong background in Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts or advanced Machine Learning deployment pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
