Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies with 5-10 year market potential
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Teams' in prototyping quantum computing applications, bio-integrated systems, and AI consciousness frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and other future-focused institutions
- Present visionary briefings to investors and board members, translating complex futures into actionable business cases
- Oversee the annual 'Horizon Scan' report, analyzing 500+ emerging signals across biotech, nanotech, and metaverse ecosystems
- Mentor a cohort of 15+ futurist researchers through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of at least three future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI) with peer-reviewed publications
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology mastery
- Proven ability to secure $5M+ in innovation funding from VCs and government grants
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems within Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi) and future-backcasting methodologies
