Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (AI/biotech/climate)
- PhD or equivalent in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis using proprietary forecasting models
