Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2026 technology roadmaps using foresight analysis and trend extrapolation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with quantum computing and AI research institutions
- Present disruption scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech adoption
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for investors and market analysis
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotechnology
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech disruption or futurism (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent thought leadership impact
