- Oversee $50M+ innovation portfolio allocation across moonshot projects and applied research
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-suite leadership with proven impact on tech transformation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation management (books, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Track record of scaling organizations through disruptive technological shifts
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
