Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state visions
- Produce trend reports and white papers influencing R&D and investment priorities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Establish foresight KPIs and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum systems)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism/strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or WFS)
