Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis to anticipate industry shifts and competitive landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate and accelerate high-impact innovation projects
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-oriented roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/Master's in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
