Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy highly scalable Generative AI models and multi-agent systems.
- Lead the technical execution of our 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide a team of high-performing machine learning engineers and researchers.
- Optimize existing LLM pipelines for ultra-low latency, cost-efficiency, and maximum throughput.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex user needs into seamless AI features.
- Establish robust MLOps practices, including automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI models.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and integrating cutting-edge AI papers and frameworks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Software Engineering.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of taking complex AI models from research to production environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
