Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural vision and technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate high-level business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Design and oversee the implementation of microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical decision-making process across the organization.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high standards of software quality.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to drive innovation within the platform.
- Manage technical risks and mitigate potential bottlenecks during the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex products on time.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure integration is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
