Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the implementation of the Web 2026 stack, integrating AI agents and edge computing capabilities into core products.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge web standards, including WebAssembly, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), and immersive 3D web experiences.
- Optimize rendering performance and data latency using serverless and edge architectures to ensure sub-second load times globally.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with product designers to translate futuristic concepts into functional, scalable technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and architectural best practices to ensure long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on front-end engineering.
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte.
- Strong experience with WebAssembly (Rust/C++) and edge computing platforms (Cloudflare Workers, Vercel Edge).
- Proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven features into consumer-facing applications.
- Experience with 3D graphics libraries (Three.js, Babylon.js) or WebGL for immersive web experiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environment.
