Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operational logistics and workflows during the night shift.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of operations staff to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement quality control measures.
- Handle escalated client inquiries and internal crisis management scenarios.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Generate and analyze nightly operational reports for the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or corporate administration.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 corporate setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
