Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational workflows during evening hours to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Manage and resolve escalated customer inquiries and service tickets with a focus on high satisfaction rates.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed reports to the day-shift management team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics and support teams to address operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within our CRM and internal databases.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new night-shift personnel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associateās degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or corporate support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid corporate setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
