Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operational activities during the night shift to ensure 100% facility uptime and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for the night shift team, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Monitor real-time logistics dashboards and resolve operational discrepancies immediately to prevent bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with day-shift management to ensure smooth task handovers and priority execution.
- Enforce strict compliance with corporate safety protocols, security measures, and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily operational reports to senior leadership.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and vendor communications independently during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or corporate support.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams in a 24/7 or shift-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
