Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to deliver data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain SQL databases for data extraction and reporting
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization opportunities
- Lead UAT testing and ensure seamless system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in night shift or remote roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
