Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and system specifications
- Translate business needs into technical solutions for development teams
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during evening hours
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in night shift environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
