Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process maps, user stories, and requirements specifications
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during overnight handover sessions
- Validate data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing protocols
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive-ready visualizations
- Lead UAT sessions during overnight windows for seamless implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and process modeling
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and agile frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Experience documenting requirements for large-scale enterprise systems
- Professional certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
