Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Document business requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable plans
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Support UAT cycles and ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Continuously refine data governance standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in data-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience documenting requirements and process flows
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Prior experience with Agile methodologies preferred
