Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to define system specifications
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions and validate outcomes
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure operational efficiency
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to leadership
- Support system testing and UAT for new feature implementations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong documentation and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
