Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities during overnight shifts
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global teams across time zones
- Document business requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Monitor system performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with QA teams to validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
