Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including flowcharts, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards reporting key performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance testing
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Support system integration and implementation of new solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or rotational roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or CBA) preferred
