Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications for night-shift development teams
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories to guide cross-functional implementation
- Conduct stakeholder interviews during APAC hours to gather requirements for global product roadmaps
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Lead UAT sessions during overnight windows, ensuring seamless integration of new features
- Document workflows and create comprehensive training materials for end-users across time zones
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or rotational schedule exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Proven experience documenting requirements for fintech or SaaS products
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate across APAC/EMEA time zones
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., CBA, CBAP, or PMP)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
